What a joke. All the idiots do around here is snort up stims. It's a real dump.
There's no point in even trying to control it.
Why the hell did I even think about forming the PIDF in a place like this.
The guys I arrested today couldn't even pay the damn fine.

Guess it's to be expected if they spend all their damn money getting a fix.
Bet they can't even imagine the money they pay ends up lining my pockets.
Sell 'em the drugs, fine 'em for possession, then confiscate the stash and sell it all over again.
It's a flawless business model.

They're idiots, and I'm a genius. Just goes to show that idiocy itself is a crime.
You catch my drift? This island is just my little sandbox to play in.

For all I care, they can live out their sad little lives without ever knowing I'm the one supplying their fix and confiscating it.
If I let 'em get carried away, they'll just go off demanding rights that don't belong to garbage like themselves.
