Yakumo
Yakumo gives a 30% chance (at 5 star) to add its passive to the pal you caught while he's on the field. Eggs therfore aren't affected sadly.
Yakumo's passives are only added to open passive slots. Chance to pass 4 passives is 0.8% on a 0 passive Pal.
Any pal who naturally has a passive like 'Sadist' on Splatterina or 'Divine Dragon' on Jetdragon, will always have that passive, any random passives will also be there and they overwrite Yakumo.
So if you try to put more than two passives on Yakumo those passives compete with each other for slots and you lose control over the pobabilities they appear.
Any passive that is exclusive for a specific Pal cannot be passed through Yakumo catching; things like Legend, Lord of the Underworld, Lord of Lightning, Flame Emperor, etc.
Even fished Pals can inherit Yakumo's Passives.
